A weekend full of of sound healing, yoga, meditation, acroyoga, and hiking in what is considered the world’s most beautiful location.


When you calm the turbulent waters that are your thoughts, you can see to the bottom of the now crystal clear lake that is your mind. What rocks or formations are effecting the pattern and turbidity of the water? How can we get rid of the rocks (stories, thought patterns, ideas) that no longer serve us in order to keep our lake more clear and at peace?


Everyday, we are bombarded by notifications on our phones, at work, or on a screen. Come unplug, destress, rejuvenate, and replenish in the most beautiful place on earth. This year, we will be including sound baths and sound healing to speed up the process of refreshment and give you more time for relaxation.


Welcome to our Ozark Mindfulness AcroYoga Retreat – Round 3! We are super excited to offer this retreat in the SAME beautiful location in the breathtaking Ozark mountains to focus on mindfulness, wellness, and Acroyoga.


Delve into the technicalities and fluidity of Acroyoga, meditation, and nutrition with Max and Liz. Heal in the waves of sound baths by Maraliz. Experience the hikes, sight-seeing, and lessons on photography/videoography with Cannon. Leave with the ability to take the perfect picture, connect with yourselves/others/nature, and reset your body, mind, and soul. Come with an open mind; leave with a full heart. All levels welcome!

-Room + board

-ALL MEALS and snacks, with the exception of Saturday night dinner (for a Vegan Potluck – bring what you want to cook or share)

-All you can drink tea

-Personal photoshoot/photography lesson

-Daily chanting + yoga

-Daily Acroyoga sessions (standing and L-basing accessible to everyone)

-Sound healing daily with sound baths by Maraliz

-Morning hikes

-Daily meditation

-Accommodations: options on bunk beds or sharing queen beds


There is no wi-fi or cell-phone reception here for full presence. There will be a landline phone in case of emergencies.

Friday May 25: option to check in the morning/afternoon/evening
*noon-5pm: Check in, relax, drink, play
*5:30pm Opening circle
*6pm: Dinner/mindful eating intro
*8pm: Jam/Free time

Saturday May 26:
*7am: Tea and breakfast
*8am: Morning hike and meditation
*9:30am-12pm: Partner yoga/partner stretching
*12-2pm: Lunch break – free time to explore or relax
*2-3pm: Acroyoga calibrations
*3-5pm: Nature photography and photoshoot
*5-6pm: Mindful eating and nutrition
*6pm: Dinner
*8pm: Sound healing with Maraliz

Sunday May 27:
*7am: Tea and breakfast
*8am: Morning hike and meditation
*9:30-12pm: Acroyoga calibrations and washing machines
*12-2pm: Lunch break – free time to explore or relax
*2-4pm: Washing machines, standing acrobatics/Thai Massage
*5pm: Closing circle

Monday May 28: option to check out by 10am
