Since we met in 2013, we have been on similar paths and life goals. The wisdom that has changed our lives is the shift inwards to appreciate everything we have instead of focusing on the very few things we don’t have. This has manifested in many ways – it’s shifted our attitudes to become more grateful for all the gifts in our lives and allowed us to have less attachments to our physical possessions so that we can spread our love more in the places we travel. Our thoughts are powerful; a shift in perspective directly impacts the external energy of our world. Once we began to understand that, we learned to be present and attentive to our blessings, allowing us to become more open and receptive. The more we travel, the more we understand that we don’t need a lot to live in contentment. With less possessions comes more freedom to fully give our energy to heal and spread love. We create environments in teaching AcroYoga where people can take down their walls and become vulnerable. Through this vulnerability, they can find their own wisdom and truths and ultimately heal themselves. We are here to facilitate inner change through a physical medium, all made possible by the shift inwards in perspective.
